    excellent breakfast
    great location
    rude service

Had a great time with friends! We explored the nearby Adventure Island and enjoyed the views at the quayside. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super helpful. The location is perfect for a relaxed getaway.

We did experience some issues with rude service while ordering drinks at the bar, which wasn't pleasant and could have been handled better.

    great value
    steep stairs
    inadequate shower

everyone was super cool and helpful when we arrived early for a wedding. the staff cared n were friendly anytime we needed them. the view of the estuary is aweosme, and breakfast was included which is always a bonus. comfy room and great value for the money. if i'm in the area again, for sure i'll stay again!

the stairs to the room were super steep which was a struggle, and there was not enough hot water in the shower.

comfortable room but shared bathroom could be cleaner

The twin room I stayed in offered great comfort with a lovely view, making it quite enjoyable. The breakfast served in the morning stood out for its excellent taste and presentation.

The shared bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning.

    Charming Location but Needs Updates

I enjoyed my stay in a twin room with beautiful views of the River Crouch. The staff were welcoming, and the local golden ale was a highlight. the room could use better amenities—consider bringing your own snacks. An upgrade would enhance the experience significantly.
