Had a great time with friends! We explored the nearby Adventure Island and enjoyed the views at the quayside. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were super helpful. The location is perfect for a relaxed getaway.
We did experience some issues with rude service while ordering drinks at the bar, which wasn't pleasant and could have been handled better.

Charming Location but Needs Updates
I enjoyed my stay in a twin room with beautiful views of the River Crouch. The staff were welcoming, and the local golden ale was a highlight. the room could use better amenities—consider bringing your own snacks. An upgrade would enhance the experience significantly.
